exactly...just like that 80 yr old guy..anyone remember that vid somewhere? He trained for like a year to leg press 2000lbs... some are just naturally strong and it's usually certain body parts not overall strenth.
Paul is chest and arms..but his legs, back (lats especially) don't have the appearance of strenth at all.. not that if f*cking matters because regardless, he's a 50+ guy lifting more weight than 80%+ of guys on this board...even some that are actually juicing. Personally...I'd love to be pushing that kind of weight at his age.
