I would say probably - there's a vid of him benching 400 somewhere - you don't lift those numbers naturally.

My opinion is no..he has mentioned he used to do powerlifting when he was younger and the gym is a stress reliever for him still...just years of consistant working out I bet. Plus he works with his hands.

I knew this 54yr old steel worker back in my construction days that had one of the biggest upper body I've ever seen..and he eats like a freaking horse so maybe the job plus the appetite and some good genes worked out for him?

i don't think he does a lot anymore apart from shouting and putting his feed up the table - but wouldn't the Test level so low at that age that you cannot have arms like that anymore?

I disagree...I've seen many guys do it who are natural. Our rugby team would get tested and several Samoans were benching 400+

Paul is a big dude and an ex powerlifter (he claims)..there have been a couple of times during his show where he and his son (the one in the pic) hit the gym and both were pushing decent weights.

According to Paul himself in a documentary about OCC he says he was a frequent cannabis user but "has done just about every drug around".

Did it say how old he is? Maybe he meant he benched 400 at some point in his life, which I certainly believe, naturally. But not at his current age.

Born May 1st 1949. Which makes him 60 now but probably about 55 when he did the 400 bench.

If I remember right he only did two or three reps and his form was horrible but I'm still calling BS on the natural status.
