If you mean mentally light weight BB'ers, than a big yes. If physical lightweight BB'ers is what you mean, than yes also. Good Luck.

What is worse is when guys brag about their stats 5-10 240-250. But when you see a pic they are pasty white and have barely any muscle mass.
