I usually do 2 to 3 days a week of High Intensity type cardio. I go all out for about 60 seconds every 3 minutes for a grand total of 10-12 minutes tops.
If I don't feel up to HIT cardio, I will just watch a movie online and do low intensity cardio for about an hour, but still only 2 or 3 times weekly. Since I don't have a problem over-eating I really don't have to rely on cardio too much to stay lean.
Just watch that low back fat. Don't let it get to thick to pinch. It's a bitch to get rid of... which is why I have stayed around 12-13% for the last 10 years or so.
