Exactly. This whole "go green" thing is only about people like Al Gore & Obama et al getting our green and thats it.
I do think we should cut back drastically out dependance on oil, that's soooo 20th century. Invest in other technologies. Electric, nuclear, electromagnetic, anti-gravitiy, there is a whole list. Many of the inventions and research sone on alternative fuels and methods have been snapped up by the big oil companies and have been shut down. They want to milk the earth until it's dry. Regardless of the Eco scare climate change is happening, and we are still fucking up the earth. As evident with the two HUGE ozone holes. And the continual destruction of rainforest and animals like the Sumatran and Javan tiger either becoming or are extinct, due to our own doing.
