Ah no.. i am not a bodybuilder, nor work out like crazy. My goal is to get in shape, meaning that I want to get down to about 220 eventually from my high of 265. Right now, I am at 245, so working on it. And increase resistance to gain some muscle. On my own schedule.
I have never competed, nor am I a bodybuilder. I was in shape once, having backpacked down to the Grand Canyon river, stayed the night, and then back up with a 70 pound backpack on me. Same with Yosemite, and also Kings Canyon parks above the tree line. Those were the younger days, before the realm of working a lot and kids.
