Ah no.. i am not a bodybuilder, nor work out like crazy.  My goal is to get in shape, meaning that I want to get down to about 220 eventually from my high of 265.   Right now, I am at 245, so working on it.  And increase resistance to gain some muscle.  On my own schedule.
 Im not talking about bodybuilding ripped, Im talking about healthy! 
Why not got a glimpse of your abs just for the heck of it?
ALL you really have to do is stay on a strict diet! 

Imagine you starting a thread on getbig showing your abs?
wouldn't that be awesome !
