lately im lifting my hips before my upper body which makes me lean forward,my form is correct butwhats wrong? 1.stance,should it be more wide with toes pointed more outward?2.placement of bar?3.getting exhausted early?advices appreciated

I agree looking up helps with the posture alot, looking slightly up that is, you don't wanna be hyperextending your neck. But it sounds like your real issue is weak abs that aren't able to support the weight.
