Your attempts to bench press massive amounts of weight are indeed feeble...unless, of course, this was a one-handed bench press, in which case I retract my comment.

I'm benching now twice a week - Tuesday is more or less normal strenght training
And Sunday its all about fun and trying to challenge myself.

Felt good again today so I worked my way up to 110 (231lbs) kg - and since I cleared that one easy I went straight for a 120 kg (264lbs) and low and behold cleared it - not easy but I reached the first part of my quest to bench 6 wheels.

I also had an awesome spotter - very concentrate and knew what he was doing didn't lift the weight off but slight it off so I still had my shoulders detracked and didnt loose the tightens of the back - he deffianlty knew what he was talking about even corrected the way I laid on the bench once.

I'm extremly happy right now with myself - never thought I would be able to lift that weight natural - if I remember a year ago I couldnt lift 100kg if my life depended on it now it even looks like I be able to lift my life goal one day.

Again I am sure that all my getbig brothers will laught at my feeble attempts but I am extremely happy :D

I am sure you can bench a lot more then I can - be careful now with statements - given your postcount and unless you aren't a gimmick you have to be 100% sure that what you say at getbig is not biteing you in the ass :D everything is tracked and recorded here.

So... how much you bench :D
