Less frequent in meals?
Yeah, I tend to eat only 3-4 / day insyead of 6-8....I do that once/week right now and actually have been for bout a year and 1/2....It's kept me maintained at same weight and BF% during this time...If I need to lean up, I'll clean up my one "cheat" day and start dropping BF......I'm about 15-17lbs over my "contest" shape....so, I figure I'm always within perhaps an 8 week diet of being "dialed in"!!!! LMAO

Speaking of, when's the next Mr GB contest? Anyone???
