Flexington, I think Aron looked better a week out from the pics then he did on stage.Yes he did admit to cheating on his diet, when he went to to a pro show I think it was 4 weeks out.
Hany had Chris Cook eat a 1000 grams a day before the Mr USA and he was smooth and had really bad gas backstage.To the point he was embarresed.
I read on one of his posts that he admitted to taking in 1000 grams of carbs, I think it was the day before the show.I dont care how big you are, and how fast your metabolism is, you will spill over.
Especially having low carbs while dieting.
I have a fast metabolism and many years back, I did a trial 650 gram carb load 3 weeks out to see how it worked,at 275lbs and I spilled over big time.I literally lost all my defintion.I re depleted, and found I only needed 300 carbs max, but 250 worked better.I used fat, with my carbs and I filled right out.I weighed 258lbs on stage.
Its insane how most bodybuilders look awesome, look tight and hard on low carbs.Then they carb load and ruin the 12 weeks of work the dieted for.Its really hard to spill over when you fat load.
