Author Topic: Aaron Singerman looked incredible! (Read 5481 times)

I seen Aron Singerman,posted he charges $ 800 for a precontest diet, but just recently had a special for $500 for a a 12 week contest prep.
Think he is a big guy, kind of tall, but he looked decent from the pics I saw as he got close to show.I think he blew it, on his carb load.He looked lean and vascular a week out.
I read when he carb loaded, he took in a 1000 grams of carbs atleast one his carb load day.
I know that that is something Hany does.I think its kind of silly
Why would you go on low carbs for moderate carbs then take in a 1000 grams?
Why not just have maybe a light carb load and use fat to fill you out.
I have seen so many guys look really good, until they carb load.
I think because so many guys cant wait to eat carbs that when they carb load, they use it as an excuse to eat alot of carbs.
I think that 200-300 grams max of carbs is more then enough carbs to flll you out .When your using fat

not bagging on aaron, but how he looked onstage was because of a last minute "mishap" he needed to diet hard. eating out daily and having multiple cheat weekends all thru-out your prep will not get u shredded and stage ready.

he didnt diet correctly and didnt take this seriously. out of delusion he thought he was going to be the most shredded guy in his show. i honestly dont know what singermans problem was, but it was definetely not a 1000 grams of carbs.

Flexington, I think Aron looked better a week out from the pics then he did on stage.Yes he did admit to cheating on his diet, when he went to to a pro show I think it was 4 weeks out.
Hany had Chris Cook eat a 1000 grams a day before the Mr USA and he was smooth and had really bad gas backstage.To the point he was embarresed.
I read on one of his posts that he admitted to taking in 1000 grams of carbs, I think it was the day before the show.I dont care how big you are, and how fast your metabolism is, you will spill over.
Especially having low carbs while dieting.
I have a fast metabolism and many years back, I did a trial 650 gram carb load 3 weeks out to see how it worked,at 275lbs and I spilled over big time.I literally lost all my defintion.I re depleted, and found I only needed 300 carbs max, but 250 worked better.I used fat, with my carbs and I filled right out.I weighed 258lbs on stage.
Its insane how most bodybuilders look awesome, look tight and hard on low carbs.Then they carb load and ruin the 12 weeks of work the dieted for.Its really hard to spill over when you fat load.

i think aaron will even admit this himself, he was not the victim of a bad carb up.

he simply just wasnt in shape to begin with.

Why would I hire somebody to tell me how to diet when all it needs is discipline and some basic knowledge about nutrition ?

There are no secrets , just some hard work you've got to do on your own anyway..

Look, the guy competed and did the best he could, so what? I give him credit for going for it.

Having said that I don't think any amatuer should pay hundreds of bucks to any contest guru. Save the cash and enjoy a nice cruise after the contet instead.
