Kai looks like the one to beat this year for sure. Hard to believe he can be that size and still ripped. Amazing guy.

Not many flaws since his back and legs are both great. One criticism is lack of traps compared to some of the other top guys. Shoulders quite square, I prefer the tumbling traps look. Also from the back he's very wide and square, more traps would improve his aesthetics/lines. Minor criticism really. Also conditioning at this year's Arnold was down from last year. Should be interesting at the Olympia anyway!
