going out and posing under the lights are a completely different set of circumstances

Saw Kai today at the Europa....The guy is fuckin big...told me he was 292 this morning....Not sure if these pics are truly recent as Kai's midsection didnt seem as tight, although he was wearing a Tshirt and jacket..

Regardless of what he does in his spare time...Kai is a great guy, very humble and personable and appears to truly care about his fans...Didn't think twice about signing autographs, taking pictures and having 15-20 minute conversation with me....

Ditto, but I think his new upper body thickness is suspect cause its probably the first places he starts losing muscle. Once he diets down completely I think his chest and delts will come down.

Maybe they are trying to do a Hamdullah redux, where he did the same thing. But, with Flex, if the photographer said, "Hey, Kai, how about a back shot...?" AnNd then when he starts to pull his pants down, he should have said, "No, uh, Kai, keep the pants up"
Levrone has done the same thing BTW, Flex had the photo and the video--it wason his M3 vid as well.

Kai is around 290 pounds. Quite humble, and perhaps our next 2010 Mr. Olympia.

Perhaps is the question, because Phil Heath is going to look great, and never count out Jay Cutler.
