Not sure if you're serious but if you are:
Cardio is fine if it makes the diet more convenient (since you can eat more). If you will feel less hungry depends, some people do, some people don't. Also if you're hungry all the time you can try to play around with meal frequency and timing.

I have considered drinking 3 glasses of water before I eat anything.
If someone gains a lot fo fat like myself, does reducing calories still work?
I read somewhere that fat cells multiply and require liposuction once created.
