So I see that gh15 knows a bit about training too :-) In fact, I normally train on a 2on/1off split, and Im a chemical free trainer. Yeah, I just dont see how in da hell one could possibly train 5 days in a row and still make progress :-0

but! your jemaican food is good for muscle ,,IF AND ONLY ONLY IF on gh and aas! that jerk chikan with plantains and rice and peas will get you big and ripped in no time on 2-4 units gh and 1 gram test a week :)

newsflash no matter how many posts you make regarding this I'm still natural and that won't change
5 days a week works fine for me NATURAL.
My genetics allow me to do that

your genetic are crap,,if you had good genetic you would be already with contract liek other fitness guys on magazine,,if your genetic was marvelous you would already be playing ball for a team in uk,,youd be in a better place,,

infact i dont even have time to think about you ,, the litle time i have i try to get on here,,but! i dont like liars,,and its important everyone knows when balonie is fed,,by the way uk is the easiest place now days to get your shit,,your country became the capital of hormones world wide,,operation start there and end there,, it is great country but you already know that : )

Thats cool man, So why not give us a quick rundown on what you did exactly to achieve this particular goal?

-Did biceps and triceps on seperate days

-Biceps always done first in the workout because i have the most energy

-Ate alot of food

-Cut down to lose the fat and now arms got decent size in relative to body

-Neglected back, didnt train very heavy

-Never trained chest, apart from the odd upperchest day

-Trained legs

Im probably the wrong person to give advice because im not a bodybuilder, I train for bitches/strength/boxing only.  :)
