So i was thinking to try and get my Back and Chest back  down so it can match my arms.

As for training what would be a good routine for me? Because at the moment all im doing is

Biceps/ calfs/ traps

Triceps, calves, some legs

I dont like training legs seriously anymore so anyone got any suggestions? thxs

But the way, im on a diet too

Try a 4 way split 1. legs, 2, back traps and abs, 3, chest and delts, 4 just arms and abs. This way you can focus only on arms when fresh. good luck

i do boxing, lifting heavy legs isnt the best way to do it IMO

Howard, what if i just didnt train Back and Chest at all....would that make them smaller?

You might just think they do. Bodybuilders have always had overpowering arms, so your perception might distort.

all your power comes from your legs and hips.
so nope don't do legs. you barely do anything else anyway.
i mean dude why do traps and no back work. your back don't overpower
your arms it's impossible. get the fuck outa in front of the mirror and
don't come back until you weigh over 170 and start doing some real lifting.

Train legs seriously.  It all starts with legs, the rest of the week is downhill...

X2  thats the trick right there. Once you realize that legs are the most iimportant day, followed by back day.....you are just pissing in the wind.

Hit arms off at the end of Back and Chest days and then have separate days for them as well .. here is a 5 day split example

Quads/Abs > Chest Tris > Back Bis >  Rest > Shoulders/Tris > Hams/Traps/Bis > Rest > Repeat

Take steriods, they seen to cause much more growth in the arms and delts as compared to torso growth. That's why most pros arms and delts simply overpower their chests. And their backs, somewhat as well. Just take a look at heath, snasser, dillet, martinez, etc.

full range of motion, dont use your delts.

dumbell preacher curls, single arm overhead dumbell extensions. warm up the elbows first. FULL RANGE OF MOTION

stay away from failure, keep the weights light enough to get at leats 6 reps, heavy enough so you cant do 12.

total sets from 5-10 for each bis and tris.

control the weight the entire time, squeeze the muscle at peak contraction.

slowly increase the weight as it gets easier. 5-10lbs every month or two. eventually that will slow down. at this point you may consider switching up to higher reps for a bit.

Impossible, you cannot completely isolate a bodypart without recruiting other motor units. Since the biceps tendon connects in the shoulder its has to recruit. Ever hear of someone having a biceps tear? It's usually a proximal tear which is at the shoulder....IT ALL TIES IN.

try it out. it doesnt mean lift easy, just stay a couple reps shy of failure on most every set. helps ensure recovery

coach- you miss the point entirely.

this is one for long time trainers,,, any of you actualy made much gains on arms after 1st few yrs? ive found most will get there initial gain then be stuck with what theyve got,, unless you go to extremes such as long drawn out high dose courses, slin and growth etc...

torso and legs will continue to grow for some reason tho...
