so 80 really kickass years > 100 years eating nothing but soy?

how so 20 more years of living and busting nuts with new revelations and new interesting things learned in life is worth it, as well as witnessing the postive female evolution in 20 year span. Just look at mexican hoes for example, ten years ago that had pancake bodies with bulging stomachs, now they have evolved into prime hoes

Yes, becuase cavemen never fought. ::)

farmers = cavemen? Think again.

Look at the Hunza People. They knew, they are self sustaining farmers today! and wander their lands and eating what they can grow, almost only vegetables.

"These people are known world over for their amazing longevity and health. They live well beyond 100 years and have commonly been known to still father children at the age of 110. The Hunza has no known incidence of cancer"

  • Two kinds of people; Those that can extrapolate
On a sidenote, the aging mechanism is most likely just a side effect of evolution. The process of evolution fine tunes us to biological "perfection"/greatness up until the point we are supposed to mate and spread our genes. After that our genetic code is not as finely tuned and the decomposition starts.

hunter gatherers

Mostly plants, they plant what they can and gather the rest. Apricots, cherries, grapes, plums and peaches are all cultivated by the Hunza. They also eat a lot of grains -- wheat, barley, and millet.

animals are almost none available where they live.

so many people think they have to eat fish to be healthy.  they eat none are the healthiest people in the world.

"In fact, they have been called by some researchers "The Happiest People on Earth"

Soy=Gyno

Getting gyno at 90 years old from eating to much soy would suck. As your chest you hit the floor
