our body is in a never ending percise balance in which that we are just barely alive at all times, luckily there are alot of protective mechnaisms already built into us but, one slip up in our body an boom a stroke or heart attack...or even over time our hungry indulgence of tasty foods over healthy ones progresses the negative components within to kill us prematurely in time, because taste instinctively is chosen 10-1 times that of healthy foods. another problem is most dont even know what healthy is, most do not care about the eastern philosiphies of diet, but dont forget large amounts of refined salt what causes many asians health problems as well.
life is precious, more so than tasty foods , i guess its our choice and are we smart enough to make the right choices when warning signs are present such as skin irritations, heart issues, hair loss, lack of energy/motivation, depression ect.
