first, arnold doestn have a wide waist
second, he would not look like gunter.......just cause they are two germanic bodybuidlers doesnt mean they would look the same
we actually dont know what he would look like with the growth, higher dosages of AAS and more extreme condition............but it would be VERY dominate.......arnold had very few weak point..............his weakest part, his back..........was even pretty good
and lookin like gunter isnt necessarily a bad thing anway..........there was a A show, where gunter made a prime ronnie coleman look like a child..........if he was more consistant with that look...........and he wasnt from europe.............gunte r might have one or two sandows
arnold would probably look more like dennis wolf then gunter.........

Arnold said himself in the Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding that he had a wide waist, which is way he did those twisting shots (also said that he like Dillett, had sloping shoulders) to take emphasis off of those...there is a color pic of Arnold with that blonde that he and Franco used to tag (she's in a yellow bikini) and he has one of those workout gizmos, well it highlighted Arnold's wide waist...
It has nothing to do with the fact they are too German bbers, per se, but the fact that they have the same look. Also, there is a ad of Gunter, dressed up as a Conan type figure, it was for a video game, and he had the same waist line as Arnold when he portrayed Conan...thick, wide
Gunter was good, until he turned around that is where he lost to Ronnie, but it was odd, how that loss actually fueled Ronnie to look like aliens bred him for meat consumption
