Only complaint is more width in the back, looks solid otherwise.  Hopefully his conditioning won't suffer this time around.

I remember this guy posting on Muscle Mayhem originally, and he was about 160lbs and teeny tiny. The transformation he's made is out of this world.

Not quite Antoine's level tho

Pretty lean face for 225 lbs!  How tall are you?

Also how does Antoine place at the nats?  I know of a few guys from my city who compete there, curious how he places against them.

Maybe hes trying to "fill out" as he gets closer to the show? Remember Stavios? We had a thread and exchanged pms (no homo) regarding that thread - "growing to the show", if so, he will look amazing.

He still has quite a bit of fat to lose IMO, a good 10 pounds.
You have to remember that we are talking about the arnold amateur here, where all the competitors are almost as dry or dryer than the pros.

but he seems to be a hyper responder, kinda like Levrone.

Antoine placed 4th I think last year in the heavies at the canadian nationals (he should have competed in the super-heavies
