i was gonna do this but moms took the mini fridge to school in her classroom

I use the garage fridge - cept I throw all the empty ghona bottles in a basket she has - I checked it the other day and theres like 80 little empty bottles of gh and red and blue tops all scattered round

He is not 6'1".  Maybe about 5'8".  ABout Phil Heath's height.

When I saw him at the Olympia Expo, he was with VPX at the time. He was hanging out with Brandon Ray.

This kid was very rude and big headed. Acted like he is the shit. When people would walk by the oppostie direction, this kid will not move out of the way...he was like a walking frieght train, you had to move out of the way.

And talk about hormonized! He was just as big as the other pros. Huge arms, ect. His arms were the size of phil Heaths (no lie). Just like Brandon Ray...you just couldnt believe the amount of mass these guys carried and they arent even that tall. He is taller than Brandon Ray though. Steroids are a powerful drug....these two proved this!

Word.  I was just going off what I read about him a few years ago.  Sounds like a girl.

Antoine's a cool cat.

Very humble despite his popularity and physique
most guys in his position would be cocky fuck-heads
...guy's had 3 major sponsors in such short time...

NX Care (back in 2006), then VPX, and now Universal/Animal

He's really focused this year, and on the right track.
 texts me updates on his weight and shit quite often, and when
we train at odd times, I feel like im training with a pro.

hope he cracks the top spot for his pro-card this year. Quebec, if not all of Canada is rooting for him!
