I am all for PED but you do not enter a contest that is ostensibly drug free while using and then pretend to be a winner.  It's like a steroid user entering a natural BB contest... Not cool.

I do not care how many tests he "passed" I believe his teammates who said they were all using.

He could have won a b/b contest without much difficulty, yet he always passed the tests.

There are protocols that don't mean you are "clean", just not "abusing" under some definition, such as large variation in hormone levels.
