To be fair to the lad hes right, their hands are almost evenly sized and that is the most misleading pic ive ever seen. All you have to do is watch the video and pause it at the moment their hands meet.

Main event is a good one, other than that the card is pretty shitty.  I actually like the Yves Edwards/Sam Stout fight....look for that one to be a good one...to bad it's not on the main card.  I'll be cageside next weekend for the Strikeforce Heavyweight tournament, we'll see what happens there.  Like I said before, the winner of tonights fight get Cain Velasquez in Houston on Oct. 8th, I will also be there cageside...I'm goin for JDS but Shane has a game changer of a rt hand so im not counting him out.

The only footage i found was horrifically pixelated so ive done what i could to clear it up. As you can see, the fists are almost equally sized without taking into consideration Brocks thumb position in relation to Shanes (more evident in the clear still already provided) or the fact Shane is wearing a glove.

I dont think you give Shane enough credit for what he can do, his stand up isnt polished but his raw power is in the top percentile as far as hitting goes. JDS has superior stand up ability but as was shown in the Mir & Gonzaga fights, all he needs is one punch to pretty much finish anyone he meets. That single punch may not be the KO but it puts him in a dominant position where he can then deliver the finishing blow(s).

I do believe JDS will win, and hopefully i dont look like too much of an ass after all is said and done, but i fancy a strong first 2 minutes from Carwin and if JDS can get through it he'll outscore Carwin from there. If he doesnt find a jab or maintain his distance he might suddenly wake up to find he's no longer the #1 contender. Should be a very good fight.

Anyways--- Can we now agree that nobody can touch JDS except Cain? ( I think he will beat Cain anyway).

2nd fight in a row for Junior that went to the Judges. JDS was unable to finish Roy Nelson and could not stop Shane Carwin. JDS not being able to finish Carwin in the first round was amazing to me. Carwin was down, a bloody mess, and JDS was Tee-ing off... Carwin shouldve been KO'd. From their; Junior's agression lessened.

So I think Velasquez and Lesnar can potentially take out JDS.

Make no mistake, had just about anyone but Carwin been in that position when JDS was teeing off then they would have been in hospital having their shattered face reconstructed. Shane's ability to take punishment is well known, & like Brock he requires a tremendous volume of strikes to put him away whereas 1 or 2 would KO lesser men.

Excellent performance by JDS, disappointed by Shane however its onto a fight that, just a short while ago, was being touted as a title eliminator and should be explosive. I believe a fully fit, 100% Cain would win the fight but who knows how he'll look (Shogun is a prime example of the #1 coming back from surgery and looking like shit - twice!).

Overall a decent card, lots of judges decisions so we certainly got our moneys worth. Dont know how anyone could give Munoz the first round but some eejit scored him 30 - 27. Great KO from Stout in the prelims and a slow start but very good performance by Florian. He should move back to 155 IMO.

Props to stout for not potentially Really fucking up Yves. Many Many people would have thrown that extra punch (read dan henderson) and if sam would have, it could have ended Really bad.

Carwin is a B level fighter at best ( all hype ), easy fight for  JDS ( Ko 1st round).

Carwin  lost weight because  the Feds are watching him  closely  ,I hope this helps.
