what your carb intake ? with hiit on keto u will melt fat fast
I will disappear if i do that. I usually keep carbs high. As for the other questions on intake... i don't even know anymore. Usually im really anal retentive about keeping calorie count but this year i really don't know. It started off at 3000 and i was making good progress but the mono slowed me down so i dropped it to about 2400. I was doing 2700 last year. After the state show i will have to increase the cals back up high so i don't disappear. Protein has been 275-320. Carbs are 150 now but were about 300.

leafy what did i tell you the other week about looking the same year-to year? and i got flamed for that comment. well u may have made progress in the past but this past year you didnt do jack shit to your physique.
Improvements have been made. I think they are noticeable. If i notice them then they are there. My most musculars don't look the same anymore. My back has thickened up and widened out a bit and my arms are about an inch bigger from last year. It is nothing spectacular by any means but small changes have taken place. I may only be 5 lbs heavier by weigh ins... hell even if i was 183 like i was last year it would look different.

there isnt any excess to lose thats just water you see , you know to stay alive to avoid a munzer failcon..
