Sorry but steve had better genetics, he was also bigger natural or very low dose than Leafy is on what i would guess is a pretty decent stack.

beef, chicken, fish, sweet potato, rice, protein powder, etc. Nothing special. Training is always heavy. Did a 475 lbs squat for 5 reps at 5 weeks out and decided not to do anymore then 455 after that. Gotta be safe.
