Received this in an email. I'm not going to give his name out of respect to his privacy.Once in a while I look at getbig.com.I do not post there, and never will. However, when I do take the time to look over the forums on there, something really pops out at me. It baffles me to no end that you are a 50 year old man acting the way you do on that board, especially being in the business you are in. You constantly seek attention (in fact it was the bench press record obvious attention seek that led me to write this), have the spelling and grammatical skills of a 9 year old and try to portray yourself as someone of intelligence and political savvy which you are clearly not. Im not even saying this to be insulting, I am merely pointing it out because to an outside observer like myself you look like a complete fool. And if you think you are invincible enough that your ridiculous behavior on there wont affect your business, well I guess that just reinforces my thoughts on your low intelligence level. Its sad that a man of your age feels a need to act the way you do,....really sad.And yes, I am completely aware after reading your replies on getbig that your reply to me will be one that cuts me down or talks like an angry teenager. But thats fine, for I wouldnt expect anything else from you.My rebuttle.....appreciate your email, I really do. That being said getbig is purely for my entertainment purposes only, I don't expect to get business from it although I have received my share of business from it. I don't claim to be politically saavy I just voice my opinion...my strong opinion. The problem is most on getbig do disagree with it because the majority of the people on getbig are young liberals who either are in school or think they do know-it-all. I've been on there since about 2000 and can tell you I don't act like that in real life or the other boards I moderate on (strength and conditioning sites). If called you a teenager then I apologize. 90% of that board is confrontational in one way or another. I'm probably one of the more disliked people on there simply for my political views and not much else. I get quite a few PM's and questions on the board that are training related and for the most part I quit answering them because these same people who wants my help or advice simply turn around only to bash me on the boards.Jack, all I can say is that it's getbig, people take shots and I'm a very outspoken person.Sincerely,JoeThoughts?
