This is true for Lifetime Naturals. The very best ones train nearly 7 days a week as much as possible. Francisco Montealegre for instance, does chest about 4 times a week.
This is a big help, I've noticed when I train the most I grow the most and look the best. Over-training is essentially a myth?
So that is why Francisco Montealegre got such a huge following....
To the general Public, there is no difference between Phil Heath and Francisco Montealegre other than that Montelegre looks a lot better. I hope this helps.
