I know bro,but `m so used to cleaning them.
I could probably use more weight if I could kick them up, because cleaning 40 pounds over my bodyweight then repping is a bitch,but it`s kind of like trying to teach an old dog new tricks.
I kick them up at the same time, I don't get why do people do them one hand at a time

, kick them to starting position, boom, turn your wrists to normal position and then boom, lift.
you learn it really quickly I'm sure if a skinny boy like me can learn it
