So true. 180 10% is what is seen in gyms across the globe and they are stand outs. What happens is that when someone gets to 10%, he/she becomes instead liar. They start making claims like they can drop to 8 or even 6% with next to no work. When in reality, the 10% these guys are in are their all time best(unless they compete). So really what it means is that these fools that strut around at 10% and have never gotten into contest shape would be 160 to 165 pounds in contest shape. I like to call these types of entities "babies" 180-10% is 160-165 6%(a thumb sucking baby in the real bodybuilding world).
