For a guy who already had used gear?

I'm 18 (yeah, still a kid whatever) and the fact is that my family found all my stuff.. There was some equipona, dbol, clen caps, syringes, cottom etc.. They took all the money I would spend on gear and now I'm off the sauce probably for a long time lol

The question is: only wiyh training, nutriton and everything else spot on I can keep the gains I've made?

I mean, I'm not a monster and i was only at my first cycle, weightingn something like 190 lbs at 5"9 at 10 % bodyfat.

Don't worry about that, this stuff is not expensive at all and can allow you to double your gain.

You just need to be creative.

Just get lean as fuck and accept the fact that you'll have to lose some muscle mass. If I were you, I'd stack some legal designer steroids, like epistane with max lmg. You might be able to keep your gains that way.

what I saw on the topics he's from Brazilian ... that means it should work on at least one stage earning approximately U.S. $ 150-250 .. in Brazil and it's to do something basic.

My family has a litte grocery store here at Brazil.. and I worked there just at the afternoon.. cause I need to study too lol and food is not a problem btw..

5'10 165lb 6-8% over all on stage usualy sub 6 uper body and around 8% lower body

so yes if you ok with being 165lb on stage at 5'10...with over all 6-7% bodyfat then yes there is hope for natural bodybuild

you will NEVER EVER see true natural go on stage 180lb 6% 5'10 NEVER EVER
