Spoken by someone who would gas running around a block. I never met a boxer,wrestler, MMA, or elite soldier who didn't have incredible cardio conditioning.

This is Getbig, only cardio that gets done here is banging out dime pieces.

just like doing 5 reps is better than 6 for growth

and

2 reps is better 4 power no warmup

um

8 reps sets after cardio is superior for leans

oh wait if you do 5 sets of 5 before cardio thats tha best

wait do sprints but dont over train

no just do one  mile of running as fast as you can and 3 sets of heavy bench yep thats it
