PS- I always thought that was kind of a diss toward guys like Flex Wheeler who would avoid the hard work needed to improve. Flex would rather save the energy and resort to site injections (instead of training harder and bringing up lagging bodyparts). Site injections was the easier route.

Well considering the fact that back in the early to mid 90s Flex was whipping Vince...I always thought it was sour grapes...He may have won a Arnold, but his best could never touch Flex in 93.
That being said, I think Flex's accident messed his head up, and he believed site injections was a way to play catch up.
