Looks phenomenal. Shawn was one of the best.

He was a quality trainer, too, unlike some of the current bozos (*cough*BRANCH*cough*). Stronger than many knew, as well. Good squatter.

Prior to that clip he was talking about how guys like Dillet or Fux would use 100 pound dumbells and he is using 150s (incline press), he has inclined 180s as well, which giving his weight, and the fact that they are 20 pounds away from the 200s that Ronnie uses, shows that he is strong...
He would work the hell out of partners. And when Flex trained with him, Flex said he was an animal.

Well this is called the The Final Countdown...it was showing everything as he gets closer to the show, one of the first to do it in this format.
Plus, Shawn Ray when in contest mode views his fellow competitors as "obstacles", and "monsters"

As stated by Gang-L, Shawn Ray speaks like a white because he was born & raised in Orange county, SoCal. If he was born about 10 or 12 miles northwest of there, like Compton or South Central, his dialect would be different. Which would make "the trainer" a happier and less confused person.

Just as some other shorter men in BB'ing, if taller, he would have taken everything back in the day. He was in the era just before the Pro's really began over doing the freakish look.

First time I heard about Shawn Ray was for his rushing record breaking as a high school football running back. Ray started BB'ing with John Brown, one of the better BB'ers, in SoCal at that time.

IF you'd never had a face on Shawn Ray and just heard the voice, you'd think it was a white guy who was talking.

God, thats all?? The test seems almost too low, same with the anavar. How do u know, and/or remember the exact specific dosages?
