win what?

"bodybuilding" "powerlifting" are unhealthy, puting the body under useless stress. Regular physical conditioning and controlled balanced diet are healthy.

Hapiness is linked to a healthy body and healthy mind, not to extreme behaviors and thoughts.

Nice, man. Nice.

You know what was the proverbial icing on the cake too? When I had first really binged out on junk food after doing the whole clean diet thing for years. Sometimes I'd eat sour candies post workout as it's pure sugar, but I mean JUNK, JUNK, JUNNNNNK food. Chocolate and all that shit.... well, I woke up the next day shredded as FUCK!!! I had crackhead hooker veins all over my abs, delts were capped, bicep vein was screaming down my arm like big black cock veins, legs were diced up and covered in veins - That's what happened. ;D

Granted, you can't do that all the time but it's a brutal irony that the foods that are supposed to ruin your physique can make you look so good. Pure magazine bullshit, eh? When you learn how your body responds it's amazing at the things you discover. The other inherent benefit to PEDs is that your body changes so fast, you can actually observe it and see what happens. When you're natty it takes weeks or months, so you never really know what the fuck it is you're doing right or wrong.

A side from a few moderate and very negligible side affects, PEDs are just the only way to go. If you want to resemble even a shadow of the world's worst bodybuilder you need to at least run a couple hundred mgs of tren each week or you're just fooling yourself. You can look good natty, but you'll never turn heads. 8)

Exactly.

When I train with NO hormones and clean diet, I have a DECENT build...actually below average.

Then I bang in btn 200 and 300 mgs a week of whateva hrt plus 4iu (with a perscription)

Wham bam, COCK DIESL TIME!

Here is the big question.....If he does use, it is in very small amounts....

What does he compete as?? Middleweight?

After looking at his physique, I may just believe he is natural and may just be as strong as an Ox

That's not the body of a juicer.

I don't understand why gh15 says he juices. He is tiny. He gets ripped through dedication and is very tiny. You can do that naturally. He's nothing impressive. He makes me glad i juiced.

Layne only looks good about a week or two out of the year and that's it. Pisssss poor response to hormones.

People say "you can look like that without juice!!!" and yeah, you can look like him when he's not competing but he's still on stuff. He has the look. There's a a few "looks" that you can have, and he has the piss-poor responder look in the off season. You can see the lines around the triceps, the poorly capped delts and sort of burnt-out-but-still-on-juice look. I don't know, someone else can probably explain it better but there is a certain look he still has in the off season where you can tell he's still cycling gear.

When he starts bringing in the short esters closer to a comp he starts looking more and more like a bodybuilder. When the halo and tren get higher and higher he finally starts looking good (I say this relatively speaking, he doesn't really look very good at all). He gets shredded for his comps and only a week out and on the day of, he looks decent. Not good, but muscled and conditioned. He has about the further thing away from a good bone structure and foundation that anyone who's bodybuilding can have. I actually feel bad for him in that regard. He has no tools to work with but still tries to be a bodybuilder. 3-4/10 people off the street can get trained and put on a drug regimen and will be a much, much better bodybuilder than Layne. If he were anyone else I'd give him props for sticking to it, but he's a bold faced fucking liar so no props for him. He's a delusional fuck.

I don't know, man... poor, Layne. He's so fucking delusional. He needs to stop training the way he trains and he needs to juice properly. Even with his extremely shitty genetics he can look a lot better throughout the year. He looks like an absolutely sad sack of shit 11 and a half months of the year. With so much attention on himself, he should really try looking better. I don't compete or anything but even I try looking good all-year round. You're not a bodybuilder in my opinion if you look like shit more often than not - You're just delusional and on the same drugs as other bodybuilders.

You might be right, but I hope you are not using the above "offseason" pics to judge his physique considering they were taken months after surgery to repair a pec tear with no upper body training during that time off obviously.

No, I've followed Liar Nortrom for years and used to follow his shitty advices before I was awakened.

when you look at how shitty he looks you say to yourself "hmm well he may just very well be natural."

but then you see the "transformations" he does where he gains/loses muscle and cuts down in fat, muscles extremely hard and full while at 4-5% bodyfat. he is definitely using something though it's either steroids in such low dosages or something else to beat the drug tests, i don't really know or care but he is not someone who can claim natural.

the picture 4 posts above your post that beverast posted is a good example. plus, no natural with his extremely horrible genetics is going to bypass his calculated genetic limits for arm and leg size without chemical enhancement. 5'10 with 18 1/2 inch arms when he has the bone structure of a small girl, give me a break, there is a lie somewhere in there, one way or another.

Lets revisit this in 10 yrs when he can barely walk and has pinched/blown discs...it is impressive to lift that weight but long term.

I have a friend who was a natty, went 215 and single digits BF, used to do the 5 sets of 5 workouts, long story short, he went up to 420 on squat and 375 on bench. Fast forward now, rotator cuff problems, pinched nerves..for what...bragging rights?
