Not to start shit, but do you think its not so much that you started eating like shit and enjoying things....but rather you went on a boat load of shit?
No worries, no offense taken. Very fair question too.
I wasn't on any gear when I started realizing how simple the concept of diet truly is. It's a matter of perspective. There is no "shitty" food, just food with different macronutrient profiles and different quality ingredients. Eating something loaded with trans fat, chemicals and an abundance of calories isn't healthy but I also wouldn't say it's junk food per se. There are just a lot of way better choices. But if I can squeeze that "junk food", as some people would call it, into my diet and still reach my goals then who is the fool?
I'm shredded like a cock and relatively jacked. Not IFBB pro jacked, but natural-liar-bodybuilding-competitor jacked. I can diet down in 24-48 hours and be photoshoot ready and I eat McDonalds, big bowls of rice, ice cream, Nutella, Nestle Quik, every type of meat and foods people might consider "junk food" or bad food. Foods are just puzzle pieces. Some fit together easier than others, but they all fit if you're not a retard.
When you're on gear and especially GH, your body runs like a finely tuned machine. It puts on muscle faster, it burns fat faster and it's a lot easier to maintain your composition. If you eat as appropriately as possible you'll see an even greater return for your investment. But your body's a lot more forgiving on PEDs and if you eat out of tune it won't get stored as fat as easily, and your muscle will not break down as quickly. You still have to work pretty decently and eat "good" most of the time, but it's a LOT more forgiving when you're on PEDs. Much, much more forgiving.
You can break it down into even more simpler terms with the whole calories in, calories out perspective. There are of course some hairs you could split with this, but for the most part it's pretty bang on. Eat lots, get big. Eat less, get small. If you start fine tuning things like minding your macronutrient breakdown and make sure there's a more specified alignment then you're on the right path. And on gear it's easier and the opportunities expand meaning you can get leaner and more heavily muscled than what's possible naturally... I will stop now because I took some migraine meds earlier and they started kicking in hard half way through this post lol but ranting aside, you get the picture, right? This is dead simple and I'm basically a retard, but not the type of retard who listens to the BS in the magazines. That stuff is absolutely fake and a fucking scam. Bodybuilders don't work hard. They just take more and more drugs. There is a science behind it but it's a fire you can throw drugs at to fuel an inferno of peeled muscle with very little effort.
