Sacrifice what? Does he mean like, integrity? Like lying to thousands of impressionable douchebags and fool them into thinking you're not using drugs?

If that's what he's talking about it looks like he's made lots of sacrifices.

I'll give it a fair observation. Don't hate me for not having too much faith in him though. ;)

Maybe he means the kind of dickhead "sacrifice" where you bring a styrofoam cooler to your dying grandmother's family dinner and munch out on cold, boiled chicken breasts and broccoli while grandma's heart crumbles in her frail chest. Maybe that kind of sacrifice.

I skipped out on a few family dinners and desserts back in the day. Didn't drink a lick for years and slowly snapped out of it. Now I eat anything, drink anything and life my life to the fullest... oh, and I look about 9000 times better than I did when I was a natural douchebag who "made sacrifices". No more sacrifices, no more regrets, lots more smiles and syringes full of trenbologna LOL ;D

Tell me about it.

I was never fat in my life but was pretty out-to-lunch when I hit that permabulker stage. Never knew when to put down the oatmeal shakes.

I swear I did look better after my first 2 years of training, eating whatever I felt like, than when I started reading this nonsense you find on websites-shitty forums-mags. Thanks to god getbig is so honest and we can talk like that. In most forums we would get banned.

The way he talks you'd think he was about to win the 100m sprint at the Olympics, or climb Everest, or find a cure for a cancer. Instead, he puts a pair of panties on and poses for dudes that clap him. Serious business.

Not to start shit, but do you think its not so much that you started eating like shit and enjoying things....but rather you went on a boat load of shit?

No worries, no offense taken. Very fair question too.

I wasn't on any gear when I started realizing how simple the concept of diet truly is. It's a matter of perspective. There is no "shitty" food, just food with different macronutrient profiles and different quality ingredients. Eating something loaded with trans fat, chemicals and an abundance of calories isn't healthy but I also wouldn't say it's junk food per se. There are just a lot of way better choices. But if I can squeeze that "junk food", as some people would call it, into my diet and still reach my goals then who is the fool?

I'm shredded like a cock and relatively jacked. Not IFBB pro jacked, but natural-liar-bodybuilding-competitor jacked. I can diet down in 24-48 hours and be photoshoot ready and I eat McDonalds, big bowls of rice, ice cream, Nutella, Nestle Quik, every type of meat and foods people might consider "junk food" or bad food. Foods are just puzzle pieces. Some fit together easier than others, but they all fit if you're not a retard.

When you're on gear and especially GH, your body runs like a finely tuned machine. It puts on muscle faster, it burns fat faster and it's a lot easier to maintain your composition. If you eat as appropriately as possible you'll see an even greater return for your investment. But your body's a lot more forgiving on PEDs and if you eat out of tune it won't get stored as fat as easily, and your muscle will not break down as quickly. You still have to work pretty decently and eat "good" most of the time, but it's a LOT more forgiving when you're on PEDs. Much, much more forgiving.

You can break it down into even more simpler terms with the whole calories in, calories out perspective. There are of course some hairs you could split with this, but for the most part it's pretty bang on. Eat lots, get big. Eat less, get small. If you start fine tuning things like minding your macronutrient breakdown and make sure there's a more specified alignment then you're on the right path. And on gear it's easier and the opportunities expand meaning you can get leaner and more heavily muscled than what's possible naturally... I will stop now because I took some migraine meds earlier and they started kicking in hard half way through this post lol but ranting aside, you get the picture, right? This is dead simple and I'm basically a retard, but not the type of retard who listens to the BS in the magazines. That stuff is absolutely fake and a fucking scam. Bodybuilders don't work hard. They just take more and more drugs. There is a science behind it but it's a fire you can throw drugs at to fuel an inferno of peeled muscle with very little effort.

Absolutely...even on my bullshit `100mg/wk HRT I notice that its easier to be leaner than when I wasn't taking anything.  I have changed my whole perspective though too.  I was always the clean clean clean thing....then one day I just said fuck it and made a whole day out of it with one meal during the week.  I don't sweat it if I happen to deviate due to some work lunch or something like that.  I will have a drink during the week at night when relaxing while reading....never used to do that.  I agree that ther more shit you are on....the less hard you have to work if you want to keep growing a lot.

Nice, man. Nice.

You know what was the proverbial icing on the cake too? When I had first really binged out on junk food after doing the whole clean diet thing for years. Sometimes I'd eat sour candies post workout as it's pure sugar, but I mean JUNK, JUNK, JUNNNNNK food. Chocolate and all that shit.... well, I woke up the next day shredded as FUCK!!! I had crackhead hooker veins all over my abs, delts were capped, bicep vein was screaming down my arm like big black cock veins, legs were diced up and covered in veins - That's what happened. ;D

Granted, you can't do that all the time but it's a brutal irony that the foods that are supposed to ruin your physique can make you look so good. Pure magazine bullshit, eh? When you learn how your body responds it's amazing at the things you discover. The other inherent benefit to PEDs is that your body changes so fast, you can actually observe it and see what happens. When you're natty it takes weeks or months, so you never really know what the fuck it is you're doing right or wrong.

A side from a few moderate and very negligible side affects, PEDs are just the only way to go. If you want to resemble even a shadow of the world's worst bodybuilder you need to at least run a couple hundred mgs of tren each week or you're just fooling yourself. You can look good natty, but you'll never turn heads. 8)

Absolutely....even when bullshitting around with my training partner, I say "fuck me, you are on that much shit??  How do you know its legit?  I think I will stick to my prescribed pee-on dose and be content to not call myself natural".  He turns to me and says "Um, you're still natural bro.  I think I leave more in a needle than you take..."  HA HA

I dont think I will ever cross the next line and do the 500+mgs.....have to desire to be much bigger.  Bad enough having the knees I do and now dealing with fucked up shoulder.  I start to grow, I know the mental side will kick in and I will want to go more balls out.

It is funny to hear people comment about my cheat day....and then see how lean I am.  Even my training partner talk about how much protein he takes in and I try and convince him that its not necessary....but who knows....with what he injects...
