Btw it doesnt look like a residential area in city limits. In general, outside of city limits you can shoot a firearm in the South.

...and how would you have done that? As in, as I take you've watched the whole video, this is the second time she decided to vent publicly and thought she was being smart about hiding it. What action would you have taken?
