This is the obvious choice and assuming no other variables are included, one could simply pick a fight with a quadriplegic who happens to outweigh you by 150 pounds or even a woman who outweighs you by 150 pounds.

that's my choice, but only because I assume that a 400 lb male would be quite a slow moving creature and I'd probably have a very solid chance.  Unless he sits on me  :-X
