my day if your interested jadevon went something like this

woke up at 8:15
had some chocolate milk with extra coco

jacked off to some porn

ate good portion of whole oatmeal with some agave syrup

drank a protien shake

did 30 reps per leg *step ups)with just a 40 pound dumbell in one hand as i did them

headed out the door got to work by 10 something

had 3 packs of peanutbutter crackers
had a few handfulls of roasted peanuts
drank some cabbage puree
drank another protien shake

got home at 4 something

ate rice and beans
and another protien shake
