actually i have been sitting on my ass all day. and now i'm going to go exercise in beautiful nature. Putting in bathroom floors is not for me.
alot of standing and bending at your lower back, checking re-checking measuremants but was listening to music so it was a joy. im taking more protien now i dont know if that will improve me but im taking it like a true bodybuilder should ?
doing that work is interesting, one can try to cut calories n such but they wont complete the job and they wont do it right and will fuck it up because there mind is too focused on hunger and not the job
now when im at home i attempt to shift gears into higher mode for that workout but its not easy cranking up the intensity, maybe i need a small dose of coffee or something. i do feel this protien working just a little bit though we will see, might have really max out on calories
