1) AR15's are NOT ' military grade ' no standing army uses them
2) .Gov disagrees with that sentiment because you can legally buy FULLY Automatic weapons such as M16s as well as semi-automatic M1 Garands used in WWII and Korea as well as Russian Mosin Nagants used by the Russians and Japanese Arisakas all ' military grade ' weapons . In fact I can buy a Mosin Nagant for $125.00 right now
3) She's not proposing we prohibit people from buying fully automatic M16s just their semi-automatic counterparts , makes sense huh? 
4) Her ban prohibits one from owning a Ruger mini 14 with a folding stock yet one with a fixed stock is okay to buy , same caliber round ( .223 ) same ability to accept 30 round magazines , again makes sense huh?
