14:21hrs - UPDATE ON THE ORCAS

I've just finished eating some lovely salmon and white rice (courtesy of Mrs BigCyp  ) and I leave the avacado slices until last (for obvious reasons).

I'm eating the slices and enjoying every last creamy bite, when BOOM!!! Over comes 'Lara' who's obviously smelled the calories...."Eugghh what's that?" (as i'm actually holding them in the air and slowly descending them into my mouth)

"Avacado? What did you think it was ffs?"

Lara: "Yuck, I won't go near avacados they're too fatty" Hahahahahahahahahahahaha h!!!!!!

It's a good job these avacado's don't hold the same prejudice as you Lara, otherwise they'd all jump out the way when you're waddling through the fruit and veg ailse you fat snail!

this is partially true but a lot of them never actually make the effort to learn about real nutrition and exercise, they just stick to their horribly bastardized, ineffective fad diets that they don't even follow closely enough and shitty exercise routines (no, walking isn't exercise you fat shit, it's a regular human function) and then blame "genetics" when they fail. and then they get mad at you and call you mean and heartless when you call them out on their bullshit, and then they keep justifying their fat-inducing behaviour. and they defend it with absolutely stupid, asinine shit like "oh keto that's not healthy for you". oh yeah and having 12lbs of plaque in your arteries is?!

i understand there's a lot of conditions that might result in someone being obese but plenty of people do lose the weight, and it's really fucking hard to defend the people that don't actually put in any real effort.
