The one I've heard a lot is that they've got a really slow metabolism and barely eat anything but still gain weight.

I want to just tell them that the only reason they look like such a bag of shit is because they're eating more calories than their bodies need.

A friend of mine was whining about how hard her diet was and how she ended up in the hospital because she "almost" passed out. Go figure she only had 1 week in her diet and she lost 2 pounds.

Also she bragged about how she never ate at night, I ask her what she has for dinner and she replied "no, I never eat at night, never", and she is fat as hell.

I saw a wildebeest wonder into the gym a few weeks ago...took a class with a trainer, never saw her again. I'm sure the whale got her a gallon of Rocky Road after the three sit ups she rolled for....

lol for cases such as this i would not even try performing exercise anymore than a short walk each day. diet is what will get these creatures into the realm of human once more

Seriously I can't believe the absolute shit these hippos come up with sometimes. A couple of days ago the leader of the herd 'Vikki' waddled over to 'Lara' and exclaimed loudly "Im gonna have to completely start my 'points' again from Monday!!! I own/work in a supplement shop and obese women coming in for fat burners makes me have to bite my tongue when they say 'do I have to eat healthy on these' or 'do I have to do exercise taking these'. Sometimes if I'm fed up I'll just say 'I dont care, there they are if u want them'.

haha I remember the late fatpanda posting that dnp and ECA had no effect on him, he probably ate more while using them thinking he would still lose those extra 200 pounds.
