Seriously I can't believe the absolute shit these hippos come up with sometimes. A couple of days ago the leader of the herd 'Vikki' waddled over to 'Lara' and exclaimed loudly "Im gonna have to completely start my 'points' again from Monday!!! I didn't realise that the booklet said "you can burn up to 500 kcals on days at the gym" "So i've been eating 500 calories extra every time I do cardio!!!"

WTTTTTTFFFFFFF!!!!!!! I couldn't keep my silence, so I kindly suggested that she try to just eat 3500 kcals less per week than she burned to lose a pound a week (which would get her in a size 12 by the time I retire). BUT NOOOOOOOOO!!!! She wants to do it her way and not 'complicate it too much'.
