Make sure you get no fat in the whites though if you're cracking eggs. Cause if so you won't be able to beat it into the foam.

delicious.  you want to know what else is suprisingly good?  crystal light lemonade flavor with egg whites.  tastes a lot like a lemon meringue!  only 10 calories in a whole packet of crystal light, too.

Sounds good.

What I like about beating the whites into a foam is that they're surprisingly filling for something very low in cals.

What I like about beating the whites into a foam is that they're surprisingly filling for something very low in cals.

yeah, meringue is great... too bad it's so labor intensive to make (i don't have an electric mixer).  iirc, the crystal light / egg white mixture can be a bit odd in texture, but it's good to temper it with water.  maybe 8 oz water, 8 oz egg whites, and 1 packet lemonade.  try it out some time!

Liquid whites are too expensive but the powdered whites make an awesome pudding if you blend them with sodium free cottage cheese, whipping cream, peanut or cashew butter, liquid splenda , vanilla essence , and some gelatin. I like to add pumpkin pie spice too, and sugar free jello powder is good too

You can let the gelatin go solid and thicken it up, or freeze it, then blend it into soft serve ice cream

About 400 cals and 50 G protein


You can microwave the liquid whites then blend them into custard , magic bullet helps. Add peanut utter, cream , sweetener whey, etc

wen I'm pressed for time which is quite a bit I dice me cooked Chiken breast up into about one inch squares and throw them in my ninja w cold water then don't breath thru my nose and drink it down. I can get two breast down in like sixty seconds then run out the door. I started a thread in it a couple weeks ago n 99.9 percent of the comments kinda put the method down. Saying bb go to such dumb lengths to achieve their goals or sump like that.
As for the egg whites way back in the day I used to send away for the big tubs. But now all grocery stores have pint n quart size egg white. On the east coast they cost as low as 2.50 a pint. When u compare it to powdered protein its the sane price or cheaper.
Agreed the only bad thing is its not free range.
U can buy free range organic liquid egg whites in cartons at some grocers n all whole foods. But expect to pay 4-5 bux for a pint.
On the west coast I've found the liquid egg whites in cartons r more expensive than in the east.
I'm making a comeback after surg so I'm getting back in my normal routine. No matter wut I have planed for the day I take my igloo cooler n throw blue ice in it then pack food. Two of the things r always the egg white. The r pasteurized so no chance of sal.
Again I don't breath thru nose n gulp.
Those of u that r prone to hypoglycemia drinking these handy egg whites helps keep ur blood nitro levels up thru the day.
One late night I was out n about a couple years ago. I stop in a 24 grocer where two cops r sitting in the cafe enjoying their donuts n shit. I pop open my eggs whites n start chugging. (Honestly I'm a private guy most of the time so I wasn't bring flagrant n even tried to cover w my hand wut I was drinking)
The one cop says, WUT THE FUCK DO I SEE U DRINKING RAW EGG WHITES? THAT'S JUST FUCJIJG GROSS DUDE!  Then we all started laffing about it. Most people can't comprehend shit like that.

I've never had the powdered egg whites. The liquid egg whites are only like 2.25 canadian at walmart for 500mls.

The cottage cheese is pretty versatile too. I made the same as you added a tbs of  peanut butter, equal and some cinammon. I don't buy protein powders anymore so instead I used to mix some ff/ss jello chocolate pudding into it too.


What quantity of each ingredient do you use?

I just beat however many egg whites I feel like eating. Sweeten to likening with equal and add about half a lemon. If I had the patience I'd bake them but if you try the foam you'll see its quicker and way more filling which helps a little when you're dieting. Either way it's all protein.

If you get bored you can skip on the lemon and add Cinnamon instead.
