its a nice little cheat meal with some icecream..... All in all, I like fucking mcdonalds dude. Dont know why, but two double quarter pounders just makes me grow like no tomorrow....dave palumbo was right.

I used to buy 4 gallons at a time from Egg Whites International.. I would use that in my protein shakes as the liquid instead of water or skimmed milk.

probably the healthiest food in the world next to fish. Im fucking sick of them though, 12 whole eggs every day for the past two years. I usually just put them in pancakes....my breakfast is usually blueberry pancakes or waffles with the eggs mixed in with it. honey for syrup...

On the subject of Ben & Jerry's, have you tried the "cinnamon bun" flavor? I think that's what it's called. I heard it was one of their bests. Been hunting it but no dice locating any.

gross dude...I always went with the cherry Garcia. And anything chocolate that ben and jerry's makes is going to be superb. They use whole egg yolks in their icecream, same with hagansaaz, I think a carton has like 20 grams of protein in it.

the pancakes come in handy try it out....1 cup flour, 5 whole eggs, some cinamin, cup of blueberries, honey for the syrup. That's how I roll...hate eggs myself but I know they are irreplaceable for growth. Ive been shedding for about 2 years, but my hair grows so fast that its a cancellation effect. I still have a full head of hair....im convinced its from my diet. When I dropped the whole eggs for a few months and switched to egg whites I started noticing some balding up top.....no bull

I have usually gotten the whole egg version. Can be easy and useful for quick meals, but drinking the crap isn't that great unless you get in a bind for time.

I saw one of Ronnie's dvd he was using them I started to use it as well just trying to attain the look of my idol  but after 2 weeks my lower lip was the only thing growing up so I gave that liquid shit up....stick to real eggs man, don't b lazy and crack them eggs open and cook !
