If there is benefit it's Glasss making the guy workout, period, instead of texting hoes or whatever.
But the discipline seems kind of low and I'm sure they find time to text hoes between sets.

I don't see why he promotes English...regardless if he works out in his gym...take the focus off of him and put it someone like Max Charles (doesn't he work out of the same gym), so that he stop saying all he eats is Haitian food...or Ben "Big Mouth" White, who apparently has dropped off the face of the earth.

And as far as the ROM here, anyone who's done curls like this KNOWS it's almost impossible to fully contract. And I'm not defending Dexter "My Physique Never Changes" Jackson, either. Just saying.

Do you think Yates and Coleman needed some numbnuts waiting at the gym to "coach" them? Motivate them? Think Platz required some yack off to the side spurring him on to put effort into his sets?
