Hey I'm 4 weeks into dieting for a bodybuilding show in 8 weeks at end of may. I got pissed punched a metal locker and broke my 5th metacarpal in my right hand. If I continue too diet can I still succesfully compete without lifting weights for next 8 weeks... How much muscle will I lose?... Anyways to speed recovery or any exercises you guys know that doesnt need your hands? This is my first competition and ive spent so much money and its the last year for me to do teen competitions too which drives me nuts. This was supposed to be the pay off for 4 years of training and its slipping right through my fingers
