whats weird is,the leaner one gets the better this connection works.

when shredded its crazy intense.

no idea why,but it is.

for example back, when its floded with water, you know, a wet 7% or so, cant feel shit.

when all the way shredded, can flex and feel every fibre.

agree for naturals and newcomers, its mch harder to learn muscle mind connection.bc theres only a mind, but no muscle.

Fat don't flex, my man! That's what Wes always says and it couldn't be more accurate.

You're very right about the epic leans. I never have such crazy workouts as I do when I'm peeled. I think it's both physical and mental. Probably helps to get you in the zone too when you're dieted balls deep and already wired. It feels like I'm on another plane of existence when I'm shredded, fasted, just puffed and have a killer pump going on. Nothing compares. 8)

yes nothing compares, im shredded like hell again did arms today, easy pumping biceps on cables, the damn biceps looked like they would jump through the skin into my face.

a fitness chick walked by, stopped and observed a whole set, staring at the arms.not just the veins popped throught the skin, hell no, the muscle fibres were all there.epic leans.

Its difficult to get a good mind-muscle connection without steroids

Not going to lie, I love these boards a lot of the times simply for the stupid crap people say.
