well yeah its the most important thing in training hands down.

got to figure out how to kinda bypass the tendons and joints and put the workload on the muscle.


every single person with good physyqie has this, even if their form can apear sketchy and odd sometimes.

to get an idea how it works, well, observe a jacked and shredded person who does slow repetitions.

masters can do it very fast and seemingly sloppy, thats why seing one who works slowly is better.

stabilise,flex and then move the joints.sounds easy as hell, but is not so easy in practice.

Slow, controlled reps with a moderate weight has always been known as the best way to stimulate your muscles. Its common knowledge amoungst almost everyone. Even ego lifers.  ;D

I like T-Nation.....it was one of the most underrated bodybuilding sites. Nowadays it's not nearly as busy but still solid.

It used to go really in depth.

Why did it become so dead anyways?

Does he claim natty? On the private boards I see him on he's very candid about his doses. I hear mixed things about him but he has always been nice to me and seems like a pretty stand up dude.

In regards to the mind-muscle connection, I didn't think there were any serious bodybuilders that didn't think this was important. Drugs are obviously the most important. And when it comes to the gym, as long as you have a good mind-muscle connection then you're probably providing the right stimulus to grow because you're working with a challenging weight and appreciate quality time under tension. High reps, low reps, whatever. You'll grow doing anything if you're lifting properly.

Half the people in the gym move weights around, but they're not really lifting properly at all. All the people with good physiques know what to do, even if they can't articulate what it is that they're doing. Doesn't take rocket appliances to make a muscle. ;D

Its difficult to get a good mind-muscle connection without steroids....so for you hapless naturals wondering why you can't seem to get anything going in that regard, mystery solved.

Being on a good cycle especially with orals is the best. When you get unbelievably pumped you feel like an animal and it really changes the dynamic. When you have an experience like that it's long lasting. Even if you don't juice again, I feel that you'd learn a lot from a badass cycle like that.

And yeah, weed helps too. I don't like working out without a quick puff because nothing compares.
